Our comprehensive approach includes three phases and the process is iterative.

First phase: Business understanding

In this phase, our objective is to understand your business, your activities and to identify your pain points.

Your concerns can be of various types : revenue increase, cost reduction, finding the best locations for points of sales, optimization of supply chains, reduction of risk and uncertainty, all what is related to customers: acquisition, retention, user experience, prediction of needs, etc.

Then we identify your expectations, your drivers and your priorities, what you want to achieve from a business perspective and what are the important factors that should be considered.

Second phase: Improvment objectives

Once the pain points are identified, in this phase we set the improvement objectives that should be reached, the desired output of the projet. This will be the goal from the analysis of your data. We set the criteria that will determine if the project has been successful from a busniess point of view.

We produce a preliminary project plan and schedule. This will include the different stages and milestones. We also agree on the meeting points where we will report and discuss the project progress.

Third phase: Data analytics

This phase is the execution phase of data analysis. We first identify the data in your possession and second the external data, open data, that might be used in combination with your data.

We apply the necessary techniques and algorithms to gather the needed insights. Analysis of the data follows an itarative process of several steps:
